Therapy Intensives for High-Achieving Women
Because you've become incredibly good at functioning. But you weren’t meant to live this way forever.
You've built a life you're proud of. You show up when people depend on you. You push through burnout, perfectionism, overthinking, and anxiety because that's what you've always done.
But carrying everything so well doesn't mean it isn't costing you. The version of you everyone else experiences isn't always the version you live with.
Therapy intensives create something weekly therapy often can't: uninterrupted time to stay with what's happening beneath the surface long enough for the pattern to actually shift. This isn't about squeezing months of therapy into a few days. It's about creating enough space for meaningful change to happen.
Choose the format that best fits your goals, from one-day intensives to multi-day therapy experiences, available virtually throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
Maybe you
haven’t outgrown therapy.
You're the one everyone depends on. You're the one who keeps things moving. The one people call first. The one who always figures it out. Somewhere along the way, holding everything together became who you are.
Everyone knows you're capable… Almost no one knows how heavy it feels.
Not because therapy hasn’t helped. Because some work simply asks for more room than an hour can provide.
You’re not starting over.
You're ready to stop analyzing yourself... and start living differently.
This isn't about replacing therapy.
It's about creating enough uninterrupted space for the parts of you that have been surviving for years to finally experience something different.
You're not looking for another coping strategy.
You're looking for mornings where your mind is quiet. Evenings where you aren't replaying conversations. Rest that actually restores you. Success that doesn't come at the expense of your peace.
You need the space to stop surviving the very life you worked so hard to create.
You’re in the right place.
You don't need another explanation.
You need an experience that finally feels different — not just makes sense.
What is an intensive?
If weekly therapy keeps feeling like you're running out of time, you're not imagining it. Some work simply needs more space than fifty minutes can provide.
Instead of stopping just as you're getting somewhere, we set aside one, two, or three uninterrupted days to work through what's been keeping you stuck.
No catching me up.
No running out of time.
No waiting until next week.
Private. Focused. Uninterrupted.
You leave with more than insight. You leave knowing what it feels like when your life isn't running you anymore.
Available virtually throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
1
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Before your intensive, we'll meet to understand what's been feeling heavy, what's keeping you stuck, and what you're ready to change.
You won't spend your intensive filling me in. You'll arrive focused, prepared, and ready to begin.
2
WHERE EVERYTHING CHANGES
This is where everything finally has room. This is where you finally have enough space to move beyond surviving.
Over one, two, or three days, we slow down long enough to work with what's been driving the burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, and overthinking — so your life no longer has to revolve around managing them.
This is where understanding becomes lasting change.
3
WHERE IT
LASTS
Real life is where the work matters. A few weeks later, we'll reconnect to make sure what shifted during your intensive continues to support you at home, at work, and in your relationships.
Because lasting change isn't measured by one breakthrough. It's measured by how your life feels when you go home.
What you get
Spend less time managing your anxiety.
Wake up to a quieter mind.
Space to finally breathe.
Change that lasts after the intensive ends.
Your Options
Choose the
amount of space your
life needs right now.
Every intensive is personalized to your goals. Some clients need one focused day. Others benefit from more time to work through deeper patterns.
We'll decide together what makes the most sense during your consultation — there's no pressure to know before then.

Imagine finally getting to…
Turn your brain off when you need to rest
Stop replaying conversations at 3 a.m. Stop spiraling before big moments. Actually downshift when the day ends.
Perform without your body hijacking you.
No more choking when it matters. No more panic before presentations. Your nervous system stops treating pressure like survival.
Know who you are without performing.
Show up in relationships without being "on." Rest without guilt. Exist without having to earn it.
You’ve understood yourself long enough. It’s time to experience something different.
You don't have to know whether you need one, two, or three days before reaching out. We'll determine that together based on your goals, your history, and what feels most appropriate for your situation.

Weekly therapy is maintenance. Intensives are transformation.
In 50-minute sessions, you're catching up, winding down, and just starting to access something real before time's up. Old patterns reset between sessions.
Therapy intensives provide 1-3 days of concentrated sessions where your nervous system gets sustained attention to shift patterns, not just understand them.
If weekly therapy were going to create the change you need, it would have by now.
Best for: Athletes and entrepreneurs in Raleigh, Pinehurst, and North Carolina who are stuck despite months or years of weekly therapy.
-
Therapy intensives range from $2,350 to $5,050 depending on format and scheduling:
1-Day Intensive: $2,350 (weekday) / $2,850 (weekend)
2-Day Intensive: $3,250 (weekday) / $4,150 (weekend)
3-Day Intensive: $4,150 (weekday) / $5,050 (weekend)
All packages include pre-intensive assessment, personalized workbook, and post-intensive follow-up.
ROI comparison: 2-3 days of intensive work equals approximately 6 months of weekly therapy, without the fragmentation of starting and stopping every week.
-
Most intensive therapy formats are private pay. Insurance typically doesn't cover multi-day intensive sessions.
I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if your insurance plan allows it, but reimbursement isn't guaranteed.
Payment plans may be available, we'll discuss options during your consultation.

Therapy intensives work best for high-performing athletes and entrepreneurs who are successful but privately struggling.
You're a good fit if:
You've tried weekly therapy and you're still stuck
You experience performance anxiety (choking when it matters most)
You can't turn your brain off (founder burnout, overthinking)
You're navigating identity crisis (retirement, exit, transition)
Rest doesn't help, you're wired and tired
You value efficiency and need results
You're NOT a good fit if:
You're in active crisis or need stabilization
You're new to therapy (start with weekly sessions)
You're not ready to sit with discomfort
Serving: Raleigh, Pinehurst, and North Carolina (in-person + virtual across NC, SC, PA)
-
Integration is as important as the intensive itself.
Every package includes a 90-minute post-intensive follow-up where we:
Review insights and shifts
Refine tools for continued momentum
Address what's unfolding as you integrate the work
Your nervous system will continue processing for days and weeks after. The follow-up ensures changes stick, this isn't just "good luck, see you never."
Additional support sessions can be scheduled if needed.
-
Yes. I offer virtual therapy intensives across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania, as well as in-person intensives in Raleigh, NC.
Virtual intensives are just as effective as in-person. You'll need:
Private, quiet space
Stable internet connection
Device with camera and audio
We'll discuss what works best during your consultation.
-
I specialize in intensive therapy for:
Performance anxiety in athletes (choking under pressure, the yips, competition anxiety)
Founder burnout and entrepreneur stress (can't turn brain off, decision fatigue)
Identity crisis and transitions (retired athletes, exited founders, career changes)
High-functioning anxiety (successful but privately falling apart)
Nervous system dysregulation (wired and tired, rest doesn't restore)
This work addresses patterns at the nervous system level, not just symptom management or coping skills.
-
Yes, when you're ready for deep work and the right fit.
Therapy intensives create change in 1-3 days that would take 6+ months of weekly therapy. This happens because your nervous system gets sustained attention without the fragmentation of stopping and starting every week.
But they're not magic. You'll leave with clarity, tools, and a plan, but integration requires ongoing practice. Post-intensive follow-up is included to help changes stick.
What makes them effective:
IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy
Nervous system regulation techniques
Concentrated time for actual rewiring (not just insight)
If you're looking for a quick fix, intensives won't work. If you're ready to address what's underneath, this is one of the most efficient formats available.
-
Start with a free consultation. We'll discuss:
Where you are
What you've already tried
Whether an intensive is the right fit
Not everyone is ready for intensive work and that's okay. If it's not right for you, I'll tell you.
If it is, we'll:
Choose your format (1, 2, or 3 days)
Schedule your intensive
Send you a preparation workbook
Locations: In-person in Raleigh, NC or virtual across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
-
After booking, you'll receive a personalized intensive workbook with assessments and preparation activities.
We'll also have a 90-minute pre-intensive session to:
Identify your goals
Map patterns you want to shift
Prepare mentally and physically for deep work
You don't need to "do" anything special before then. Just show up ready to go deeper than weekly therapy allows.
-
Intensives range from 1 to 3 days depending on the format:
1-Day Intensive: 8-hour program (6 face-to-face hours)
2-Day Intensive: 11-hour program (9 face-to-face hours)
3-Day Intensive: 14-hour program (12 face-to-face hours)
All formats include pre-intensive assessment and post-intensive follow-up.
We'll determine which format fits your goals, timeline, and depth of work during your consultation.
-
Therapy intensives are clinical, structured psychological work, not self-care retreats.
There's no yoga, journaling prompts, or "find yourself" activities. This is IFS therapy and nervous system regulation in a concentrated format.
You'll do deep work on patterns, trauma, and identity, not relaxation exercises.
You will leave with clarity and tools, but this isn't a vacation. It's focused therapy.
