Online Therapy for High-Achieving Women
For the woman who takes care of everything but rarely feels like there's room for herself.
You've built a life that asks a lot of you. You're dependable, thoughtful, and used to figuring things out.
But lately, your mind rarely feels quiet. You replay conversations, question your decisions, and keep pushing through exhaustion because there's always something else that needs your attention.
Individual therapy offers a place to slow down, understand the patterns you've been carrying, and explore what you need without having to manage someone else's expectations.
You Don't Have to Have It All Figured Out.
Maybe you're tired of being in your own head.
You can spend an entire day getting things done and still go to bed wondering whether you did enough.
You replay conversations. You think about what everyone needs from you. You notice yourself saying “I'm fine” because explaining how you're actually feeling seems exhausting.
And sometimes, you don't even know what you need. You've gotten so used to focusing on everyone else.
You may be successful in your career, have meaningful relationships, and genuinely appreciate the life you've built.
You can be grateful for your life and still want something to feel different.
Individual therapy offers a consistent place to talk about what's happening beneath the surface, even when you aren't sure where to begin.
You spend so much time considering how your decisions affect everyone around you.
In our sessions, we can pay attention to what you think, feel, and want.
Some weeks, that might mean talking through a difficult conversation. Other weeks, we might explore why asking for help feels uncomfortable or why you feel guilty when you rest.
There's no expectation that you arrive with a perfectly organized agenda.
Space to Understand Yourself Over Time
A Place Where You Can Put Yourself First
The patterns you've developed didn't appear overnight. We can take time to understand how they've shaped your relationships, your expectations, and the way you respond to stress.
As we continue meeting, we'll return to the things that matter to you, notice what feels different, and talk openly about what's helpful.
You get to be part of deciding where our work goes.
Therapy can be a place where you don't have to be the one holding everything together.
a space to come back to yourself
You spend so much time showing up for everyone else. What about you?
A therapy intensive gives us dedicated time to explore what's been weighing on you, without having to fit the entire conversation into a traditional appointment.
What Is Individual Therapy Like at Zen with Zur?
Individual therapy is a space where we can slow down and explore what's happening in your life, especially the things that are difficult to sort through on your own.
Maybe you've noticed yourself overthinking conversations, feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions, or struggling to rest without guilt. You might understand some of these patterns already but still find yourself returning to them.
Our sessions give us time to talk about what you're experiencing, explore what may be contributing to those patterns, and consider what you want to make room for in your life.
Individual therapy is available in two appointment lengths:
50-minute virtual session: $175
90-minute virtual session: $275
Both options offer dedicated time for individual therapy. We can discuss which appointment length makes sense for your needs and preferences.
Sessions are provided virtually to eligible adults physically located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
1
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Your First Appointment
We'll start by talking about what brings you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you'd like support with.
I'll ask questions to better understand your history, relationships, and what matters to you. You can ask questions, too.
You don't need to have a perfectly organized explanation of what's going on.
2
FINDING OUR RHYTHM
Ongoing Individual Sessions
As we continue meeting, we'll explore the patterns that show up in your thoughts, relationships, and everyday experiences.
Some sessions may focus on something that happened during your week. Others may involve slowing down and noticing feelings or expectations you've carried for a long time.
We'll check in about what's helpful and adjust our work together as needed.
3
MAKING ROOM
FOR CHANGE
Noticing What Matters to You
Over time, you may begin noticing things you hadn't paid much attention to before.
Perhaps you recognize when you're approaching your limits, become more aware of your needs, or feel more comfortable expressing a preference.
Progress looks different for everyone. We'll keep returning to what matters to you and what you'd like to explore next.
WHAT WE CAN WORK TOWARD
Understanding the patterns behind your anxiety and overthinking.
Feeling less responsible for everyone else's needs and emotions.
Making room for rest, boundaries, and what matters to you.
Finding more choice in how you respond to familiar patterns.
tHE INdividual therapy EXPERIENCE
A Consistent Space to Come Back to Yourself
You spend so much of your week thinking about what needs to get done and who needs something from you.
Individual online therapy offers a place to slow down, talk about what's been weighing on you, and explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life.
Some weeks, we'll talk through something happening right now. Other weeks, we may spend time understanding an experience, relationship, or expectation you've carried for years.
There's no pressure to make progress on someone else's timeline. We'll work collaboratively and check in about what feels useful along the way.

Imagine having more room to…
Let your mind settle, even when life is busy.
Imagine finishing your day without spending the entire evening replaying conversations, questioning decisions, or mentally preparing for tomorrow.
Notice what you need before you're completely exhausted.
You might begin recognizing when you're stretched thin, when you're taking on more than you want to, or when it's time to give yourself permission to pause.
Feel like yourself outside of what you accomplish.
Explore who you are when you're not meeting expectations, anticipating everyone else's needs, or measuring your worth by how much you've gotten done.
You Don't Have to Keep Figuring Everything Out on Your Own.

A 50-minute session provides time for ongoing individual therapy and regular check-ins about what's happening in your life.
